- How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The order shouldn't take more than 1-3 working days to be received at your location since the day of the order.

- Where can I receive my tracking number?

You will be receiving an email with the tracking number on the provided contact information once the order is completed on our website, After your order has been processed, the shipment will leave our main hub and will be in the hands of the courier. You will receive a text message contain a confirmation message from the courier, including a tracking number.

-What are the payments methods on your company?

Currently the only payment method is cash on delivery.

For chque or bank transfer orders please contact us first.

- How can I track my order?

You can track your order by email.

-How long does it take to process an order?

As mentioned earlier it takes one to three working days.

-I need one item but its not in the website, can you bring it for me?
